Return & Exchange Policy

Whereas we hope you never need to make a return or exchange, here at Spawn Point Coffee Company we totally get that sometimes these policies are just necessary.

Coffee:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!

Apparel/Gear:
Apparel and unopened gear may be returned for Credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed, original packaging. Also, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Our shipping address is: 7901 4th Street North, Suite 300, St. Petersburg Florida 33702, United States

To start a return, you can contact us at support@spawnpointcoffee.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, typically 3-5.

**Please respond to your order confirmation email upon reception. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.
